As part of our reflections on Luke we’ll look at how Jesus called individuals to follow Him. This Sunday we will explore how we are called to follow Him and the implications that has on our lives.
After a month’s ‘sabbatical’ from Luke, Wayne is keen to get back to what Luke’s incredible account of Jesus’s life. Luke is also the theme of the Lectionary for 2019, so as we read, reflect, and pray, we are doing this with the wider Christian world.

This week as we celebrate Pentecost, we look forward to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Join us as we also anticipate the Holy Spirit breaking through in different areas of our lives.
This past Thursday the church around the world celebrated Jesus’ ascension into heaven. As we reflect on this event we look forward to Pentecost and how the ascension stimulates hope for more of the Kingdom of Heaven in our lives.
